Well, here it is Thanksgiving week once again. I'm not sure why, but I'm feeling the need to be thankful. My sister, Saucy Serita, says it's good for my soul. I guess once a year I can find a few things that I appreciate. Everyday for the coming week if you read my column you're going to find something I'm thankful for. Don't think this is easy for me! Right at this moment I'm dang thankful for my 'ol man's hearing aide. Otherwise I would have to listen to reruns of "Hee-Haw" at ear-piercing volume. It's bad enough at low volume, but at least it's tolerable. So, I'm thankful tonight for hearing aides.
