Zuma Blitz

Help me! I am completely addicted to an on-line game called Zuma Blitz. Before playing this game with the balls that explode, lights that flash and scores that ring up and tell me how wonderful I am, I did not understand the power of a video game to engage the brain and stimulate many of it's pleasure centers. I am rendered oblivious to the day's trials and tribulations (which is seductive in itself), while this game rewards me for doing zero brainwork (also seductive). All I need to do is line up balls in same-colored groups of threes and blast away. I feel powerful and successsful and accomplished!

What's not to like about that?

  1. Wow, that's a really thought provoking thought about Zuma Blitz!

I too enjoy the process of shooting balls and really being in the moment, enjoying the process.

Not to say it's a brainless game but there are certain skills and methods that a person must know if you want to take your maximum score to the new limits without buying idols.

    Here's a tip for you:

Your 1st few games (and last few) will be responsible for the high score of the day. Through my experience, I find this to be very true.

Therefore, you would want to do your BEST during those games. Use power ups during the 1st few games! They are not warm up rounds!
