My blog is officially 100 posts old! When I started Pam' s NewsMuse, my idea was to comment on current news and events. I have lots of opinions and I imagined this would be a venue in which to share them. Oh, the hoards of people that would be interested! Well, as it turned out, I didn't even find my opinions too fascinating. I am, by nature, a quiet and introspective person. I don't like a bunch of yakkety, yakkety, yak. And really, that's mostly what opinions are (in my opinion). It seems like when I sit down to write my inspiration comes from daily life, family events, books, poems or ideas that stir up dormant cells in my brain. I'm thinkin' that's what my blog will continue to be.
Composing Number 100 at my favorite Cafe with a Skinny Vanilla Latte to keep me company.
Many thanks to my dear readers--knowing that someone "out there" may be reading is the best motivation I could have.
YAY!!! Congratulations!
ReplyDeletePam, In a crossword puzzle that I was working on this morning it asked for an internet diary (or something like that), so I guess that's what a blog is supposed to be. So what you're doing is exactly right. Express what you're doing, thinking, etc. Just keep on doing what you're doing. I love it, and I love you. Your Aunt Mona
ReplyDeleteIt's much easier to find time to READ here in my winter vacation-land. It's time for me to comment, too, if I can get it to submit. I love reading, as you and Mona have surmised, a compilation of one's thoughts on daily living-your IT Diary. I'll look f'wd to the next 100. LOVE, Mom
