Random Ramblings 4.5.16

Tonight I showcase the amazing Jenilee Greff Kanenwisher. I have no photos of her as a child, but I have a witness that says she was a quiet child who loved to read. She still loves to read, and I know her as an articulate, talented young woman. She is the wife of my younger son, David and mother of precious Eliza.

She was recently featured in the Fargo Forum with an article about her work as a librarian at the Fargo Public Library. "Librarian" doesn't mean what it did 20 years ago. Not only can Jenilee recommend a book for your unique reading preferences, she can instruct you on an educated search of the Internet on any topic from baking a cake to traveling in space. She teaches classes at the library on different varieties of tea to how decorate tea towels with stamping techniques. Patrons stand in line (virtually) to sign up for her classes! She is the face of the library for a new generation.

But that's not all. She's a companion extraordinaire for David and a wise, patient and fun mother for precious Eliza.

We're very proud of you, Jenilee!
