Sunday Summary

Well, this was the week of Thanksgiving. I was quite thankful to work only a 3 day week! We had company  for Thanksgiving Day. Lenny and I roasted the turkey while the rest of the fam brought delicious sides, such as pecan sweet potatoes, garden sweet corn, cranberries, pumpkin pie and banana cream pie. Lenny and Darrel enjoyed a nap after getting full stomachs. 

On Friday Lenny and I drove to Fargo to spend some time with our children and grandchildren.  I did some shopping to get ready for our up-coming trip to the tropics. A passport holder and a travel neck pillow were among my exciting purchases!  

I stopped over at Jenilee and David's to pick up some jewelry that I had forgotten on my last visit. I got lucky. They were decorating their tree and I got to join in the fun and tradition. 

 That about sums up this past week. My next Sunday Summary post should be full of adventure and gorgeous photos of life near the equator!
